CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM

Please pay at least 50% of the total fee in advance. This will secure your reservation. The remainder can be paid any time up to the conference itself.

If you need accommodation in Christ Church before or after the conference see below. NB. Rooms must be cleared in Christ Church on Sunday morning, but there is secure storage available during the day. Please make your own arrangements for lunch that day.

If you wish to stay in Christ Church before or after the conference please let us know. The rates if booked through us in advance would be full board £90 / $180 per night, half board £71 / $142, or b&b rate £60 / $120. Rates are per person not per room.
